Making sure that your people have the right skills and knowledge to do the jobs you need them to do is critical to business success and customer confidence.  It remains a key priority for many employers in the sector, and is underpinned by the training and competence requirements set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The FCA maintaining competence statement reads “Firms are required to assess the competence of their employees on a regular basis, as well as to continue to assess employees’ training needs” https://www.fca.org.uk/firms/being-regulated/meeting-your-obligations/Training-and-Competence), – our assessment centre can support you to achieve this.

With over 73% of employers in the sector providing in house training and qualifications, we believe that our new assessment centre will add real value to employers, particularly to those who may not have the time or expertise to do this.

And with the number of employers engaging with Apprenticeships and traineeships on the increase, we have received many requests for help in establishing and implementing these new schemes. Our assessment centre can provide support, especially with the assessment requirements of the new Apprenticeship Trailblazer standards.

We can provide advice and support to resolve immediate issues, such as refresher training for Assessors and Quality Assurance staff and the development of assessment centre resources.

Additionally, we can work with you on developing longer term solutions, such as the ongoing assessment and quality assurance of learners, the administration of assessment and quality assurance processes and the development of evidence required to become an accredited centre.

Major government organisations are already using our service and the business is growing daily. If you would like information about our pricing structure or to find out more about how our Assessment Centre services could work for your organisation, please contact a member of our team either by email assessmentcentre@sfjuk.com
